Haya by Suhaila Anshad is a store dedicated to modest wear and accessories. Our journey in online sales began with hijabs, hand socks, and a variety of modest apparel.

Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Suhaila Anshad. I graduated as an instrumentation engineer from MES Engineering College in Kuttippuram, Kerala, India. Inspired by my father, who is my role model, I have always had a passion for entrepreneurship. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Dubai.

I began my business journey in 2017 by reselling goods, using WhatsApp and Facebook as my only sales channels. It was a challenging start, especially with two infants at home. Fast forward seven years, and now my kids love to help me with the business! I named my store HAYABYSUHAILAANSHAD.COM after my eldest daughter, Haya.

During the COVID lockdown, when online business came to a standstill, I discovered my passion for food photography. I completed a one-year online course in photography from the UK, and now I’m proud to call myself a food photographer as well.

In 2023, we launched our prestigious brand, HEZA, introducing a line of premium quality jilbabs, hijabs, modesty wears, and more to the market. We also opened our new shop at Hala Mall in Puthanathani, Malappuram, Kerala, India, in December 2023.

I only sell products and offer quality that I truly love and use myself. Every success story is a testament to constant adaptation, revision, and growth. I’m incredibly grateful for my husband, who is my greatest support. He designed this website, and it’s amazing how far you can go when someone believes in you.

Nothing should stand in the way of achieving your goals. I launched this website just one week after welcoming my newest addition. The challenge of balancing two kids and a newborn was no small feat, but it taught me that resilience is key. Now, I’m blessed with three beautiful children—Ma-sha-Allah—Haya, Hawwa, and Heza.

Remember, if there’s no struggle, there’s no progress. Embrace the journey and the challenges that come with it. I’m just a girl boss building my empire, and I want you to join me on this incredible adventure.
